The goods can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase (receipt) of the goods, using the right of refusal. To do this, write a free-form application to our company – JSC VENDORAS (Vilnius, Kareiviu str. 11, LT-09133) and send it to the e-mail address: mail@windfactor.shop

After you have notified your decision to withdraw from the contract, the goods must be sent back immediately, or in any case no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. The deadline is not violated if you sent the goods before the expiration of the specified period of 14 calendar days.

Please note:

  • You will have to pay the direct costs associated with the return of the goods yourself if you decide to return the goods via a courier service or in another way without agreeing with the sender.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the quality and reliability of the goods during the period of refusal of the goods (including the complete and impeccable safety of the packaging).
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the returned item is of good quality and is stored safely until it is returned to the seller (it must be returned with the packaging and with all the parts that were included, such as wires, attachments, etc.) If a gift was delivered with the item, under a discount program or promotion, then when returning the item you must return the gift.

In what case can goods be returned within 14 days?

If you are dissatisfied with the product, you have the right to cancel the concluded contract within 14 calendar days without giving reasons, but:

  • The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging and with all the parts included in the kit (with accessories, wires, etc.). If there was a gift with the product, then when returning the product, you must return the gift.
  • You must retain and provide us with an invoice when returning the product as proof of purchase of the product.
  • The product must be undamaged and unused, without visible or mechanical damage, without losing its marketable appearance (clean, without dust, food residues, the surface is not burnt, without scale, the label and protective film must not be damaged) the appearance can be changed only so much as to visually inspect the product upon receipt. If the product is equipment, upon return the factory software must be restored, the device must not contain any left personal information, software, personal settings.
  • The goods must be returned immediately and in any case no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase (receipt) of the goods. The term will be observed if you, your designated or authorized party returns the goods within 14 calendar days.
  • You have the right to check and examine the goods to determine their properties, and not for other purposes. Remember that you are responsible for the reduction in the value of the goods.

The goods cannot be returned within 14 days if:

  • The consumer opened and/or damaged/destroyed the product packaging, damaged the protective film of products that are not accepted back for health or hygiene reasons, such as: electric massage devices, vacuum-packed products, personal hygiene devices and other similar products.
  • Perishable goods or goods that will soon expire.
  • You cannot exercise the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement if you have purchased goods that are made to your specifications, made to your personal order or instructions, or goods that are clearly adapted to your personal use.

JSC VENDORAS informs that if the goods are ordered specifically for the buyer and their price exceeds 5,000 euros, the purchase is made only with the personal participation of the buyer during courier delivery, with an advance payment of 10 percent. In the event of the buyer’s refusal to purchase the goods, the advance payment is not refundable. Before paying the full purchase amount, the buyer must verify the quality of the goods. This type of purchase does not imply the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days.

Important: When receiving the goods from the courier, make sure that the packaging is not damaged. If you notice any damage, be sure to indicate it in the act of receiving the goods. If the presence of a packaging defect is not recorded in the act of acceptance and transfer at the time of receiving the goods, we will not be able to consider your claim for damage to the packaging and goods in the future, and the claim may be rejected if you decide to return the goods within 14 calendar days.

What to do if the package is intact, but the item inside is damaged?

If the packaging was not damaged, but after opening it you noticed that:

  • the product has external damage (for example, the screen is broken or the case is broken);
  • missing components (for example, no charger).

Within 3 calendar days from the moment of receiving the goods, you can exercise your right to refuse the goods and file a claim. All applications submitted after the specified period will not be considered.

What to do if damaged goods were delivered?

  • If you notice damage to the packaging immediately in the presence of the courier, ask the courier to draw up a report on the damage to the parcel.
  • If you notice damage after the courier has left, take a photo of the unpacked parcel from all 6 sides so that the damage and the sticker with the parcel details (for example, DPD or another carrier) are visible.
  • If the packaging is not damaged and you have already unpacked the product, take separate photos of the packaging from all sides.
  • Take a photo of the parcel label (e.g. DPD or other carrier) so that the parcel number is clearly visible.
  • Unpack the item and take photos of the damage to the item so that we can clearly see what exactly the damage is.
  • Take a photo of the serial number of the product. You will find it by carefully examining the product. The serial number is designated by the abbreviation SN.

Important: Before making a decision, keep the product and packaging in the condition in which you received them (do not throw away the packaging, do not try to repair the product).

Will I get a full refund for the product and shipping?

If you refuse the goods, we will refund you all the money paid. In any case, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date we are notified of your decision to refuse this product. As a rule, the funds are returned back to the bank account from which the payment was made at the time of ordering, or if you have chosen another payment method: for example, by credit card at the time of receipt, we will ask you to send us an e-mail to mail@windfactor.shop the bank account to which the refund will be made. We cannot refund the money until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods, depending on what happens first.
